• Your personal information may be disclosed to other government departments/agencies in relation to sports issues/grants and planning of recreational use of sports facilities (including ovals)
• Your personal information will be stored in the cloud via Microsoft Azure servers located in Australia and may be identifiable during maintenance and/or storage. When we use third parties that handle or store data, we put arrangements in place to protect your information.
• If you are booking a Sportsground facility which requires a fee you will be redirected to the Westpac Banking website in order to pay. When you are on the Westpac Banking website you will be subject to Westpac Banking’s privacy policy.
