Scullin Neighbourhood Oval is located in Broadsmith Street. The ground has a small sealed car park. Toilets are located at the rear of the old parks depot.

There are three football fields and all are floodlit to training standard. The ground is used primarily by the Belwest Soccer Club. The ground has a synthetic cricket wicket and a 2-bay cricket practice net facility.

The Southern Cross Primary School is located on the southern side of the ground and the local shopping centre sits opposite the school.
